First, this is a welcoming establishment with a crew that’s professional but still down to earth. They also have their own parking lot with plenty of parking. The smash burger with jalapeno bacon jam was AMAZING. The bun was so soft, the burger was freshly made, and that bacon Jam was the best compliment to the burger. The mac was creamy and the tots were toting(Lol). The sauce was perfect for dipping the tots or pouring on the burger as well. Overall I will definitely be coming back to this gem I found outside of NSA base. They have different specials daily and a few regular menu items I have to try.

The food there was so delicious and the people there were very friendly. I would come back again. 7/30/24 Update: Since moving back to the DC area I still always make a stop here when going to VA Beach as my kids love the food (smash burger and dull whip). They have made great additions to their menu as well as to the outdoor seating area! If I was still in the area, I would definitely come by here on Wednesday and Thursday evenings as they now can serve adult beverages. I would give more than five stars if I could, and I can’t wait to use them for catering as Rich and Maricen are always friendly and hospitable in addition to making tremendous food!

Always a 10/10, food is always fresh and hot, I always end up eating almost half before I leave the parking lot. This is probably in my top 2 of favorite spots to go to when I visit Norfolk. I recommend everyone to try, the brisket loaded fries is my absolute favorite.

The building doesn’t look like much as you drive in from Terminal Blvd but once you pull into the parking lot and are welcomed by cute outer space murals. There was also more creative art inside to keep you entertained and interested while visiting. Service was delightful, food was delicious and atmosphere was clean and welcoming. The Nashville Hot Tots dish is like every perfect flavor combined into one basket and the Alpha smash burger was chefs’ kiss! We can’t wait to return and try more menu items! It’s truly a hidden gem.

Walked in because I wanted a smash burger, and that’s exactly what I got. I cannot remember the bacon jam type sauce that was on it but it brought the whole burger together; the cheese, the jam, and the special sauce just was chef kiss! The workers were amazing and so nice. The travel wall to the different festivals they’ve been to was really nice to see. I’m coming back for another burger!

What a great find! Easy parking. Quick service. Recommendation's on point. Enjoyed the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and the Soul Smash Burger. Both meals plenty of food.
